Bought this smokeless Trufirepit to tried in our garden for our family moments with the young kids.
Firstly the product was delivered asap, amazing looking product with beautiful details, perfect size for a family of four. The fire was lit up very quickly, 99% smokeless. Initial smoke was blown upward with the vortex effect. The fire burns very high and very hot but safely within the product. Provided so much heat as well.
We all loved this fire pit from the first try.
Finally due to the high burning temperature, the colour change of the product was absolutely stunning.

We installed the 2025 TruFlame™ 80-inch three-sided fire as part of a media wall renovation, and it completely changed the space. The flame effect looks incredibly realistic from every angle, especially in the evenings. Heat output is more than enough for our open-plan living area, but we also like that you can run it without heat. Build quality feels solid and premium. No regrets at all.

Very pleased with my new electric wall fire, arvd on time, excellent delivery by Parcel force. Read and checked parts list, as instructed, thought two pieces missing, informed Truflame who very promptly replied explaining where and what these parts were. It was not particularly clear, until explained. Also we found actually fixing to wall awkward, but once achieved - wow, looks great! Delighted with purchase.

This unit is everything my wife and I hoped it would be. The size and functionality are perfect forwhat we needed in our conservatory. Thank you
