Anything over 30kg is shipped via BJS Premium 2 Man Delivery, this is to protect this premium item so that it arrives in perfect condition to you. We understand how important it is that your large glass electric fire is delivered to you intact

TruFlame Fires are designed for hassle-free mounting, most are very simple to install via the wall mounted bracket. On each product page towards the bottom you will find downloadable instruction manuals which explain how to fit the fireplace.

We also sell inset fires which can be mounted into a cavity space (hole) and media wall fires which can be fitted either 1,2 or 3 sided depending on your media wall preference. These require more work than the wall mounted fires but you can still assess the instructions prior to purchasing to understand the work involved.

Just a note that we don`t sell media walls - we only sell fireplaces.
